The All Rounder International Cricket Programme
The 2022/23 All Rounder International Cricket Programme is open to cricketers of all ages who are seeking to improve their game whilst enjoying the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa
The purpose of this programme is to provide players with the necessary tools to raise their skill level and become a more confident and consistent player.
The programme will run in the South Africa summer season from Saturday 1 October 2022 to Friday 31 March 2023.
Players will be selected for the programme and will form the UK Rhinoโs 2022/3 Team to take part in this ultimate life experience. They will make new friends and undoubtedly create memories to last a lifetime.
- The 20 week programme
- 3 x 4 hour weekly sessions with Level 3 Coaches
- Lectures with a S&C coach and Sport Psychologist
- Assessment and training programme with Biokineticist
- 6 x matches
- Practice and Match clothing
- A Knysna/Plettenberg Bay Cricket/Golf Tour
- Accommodation (we will assist with finding accommodation)
- Transfers to and from the venues listed

EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:

Club Cricket
We facilitate the process of registering with a local club in Cape Town according to your ability. Players will attend club practices twice a week and play in the Western Province Cricket League, alongside other skilled players.
Matches
The UK Rhino team will play 6 midweek matches during the course of the programme. These are not compulsory but will be encouraged. Coaches and assistants will be at the matches with strategy and stats, Short and long match Formats
Coaching accreditation, mentoring & experience
- Players will complete the CoachEd Accreditation Level 1 Course
- Opportunity to coach young cricketers in schools and All Rounder Cricket Academy programmes
